All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are subject to availability.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over $400. For orders under $400 we offer $10 (AUD) flat fee using DHL Express.

Please allow approximately 1 to 5 business days from the dispatch time.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries outside of Australia for a $35 (AUD) flat fee.

International orders are shipped from Australia with DHL Express.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the dispatch time.

International customer may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes as instructed by your local customs authority.

Local taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping price. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import TAX & VAT if required.

Should a buyer choose not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund. The refund will only be for the balance of the goods less any and all return costs occurred.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aphrodite.madisky@gmail with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aphrodite.madisky@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
